Winter Wonderland Bazaar Event Growing

Lawrence County’s fourth annual Winter Wonderland Bazaar was held Saturday at the Lawrence County Community Center.

The event was organized by Phylicia Adams and Melanie Hicks.

“We started talking that there were no local events like this close to the holidays,” Hicks said. “We thought it would be a great thing for local businesses, as well as their customers.”

In its first year, the Bazaar featured around twelve vendors. This year, 22 different vendors participated in the event.

Adams said they typically only do one Bazaar a year, but have been asked to do another in the spring.
