"Downward doll" kid's yoga workshop at LC Public Library

Bring your favorite toy/doll to Downward Doll kid’s yoga workshop on Friday and make a mat to take home! Each participant will receive a 12x18” mat for their toy/doll that they can decorate and personalize. We will practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation together! Parents can participate for FREE, or drop their child off and pick up at the end of class. Children will also receive a light snack.
